Trondheim is the 3rd largest town in Norway and situated around the middle of Norway, just where the with of the country become very narrow. It has been an important area for ages, and have some interesting historic sites to show up. The most famous is the cathedral which has been carefully restored and is an impressive sight. You will also find the royal crowns in this city. Walking along Nidelva is a must, and there you will walk from the older part into the very new one.
